By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using 20-0 and its sister Pro Football and other sports games (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA” or “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
🚫 Zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, post, submit, or display any content — including display names, team tags, profile fields, league names, or any other user-generated content — that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse any other user. Violations may result in the immediate removal of the content and the permanent termination (ejection) of your account, at our sole discretion and without notice.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. The Service is a free fan-made game and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league or team.
2. User-generated content
The Service lets you choose a public display name, a team tag, a favorite player, and create or join leagues. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and you grant us a license to display it within the Service. We may filter, modify, hide, or remove any content at any time. We do not pre-screen all content, but we act on reports promptly.
3. Reporting, blocking & moderation
If you see objectionable content or experience abusive behavior, use the Report action available on profiles and leaderboard entries to flag it for review. You may also Block any user, which immediately removes their content from your view across the Service. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and act on them — including removing content and ejecting users — within 24 hours. 4. Competitive integrity & ranked play
Ranked ladders, leaderboards and tournaments are meant to reflect what you actually achieved. The following are prohibited:
- Boosting and collusion. Using more than one account you control — or coordinating with another player — so that one account gains rank at the other's expense. This includes entering the same match or pool on two accounts, and deliberately losing, forfeiting or under-drafting to inflate someone else's placement, rating or leaderboard position.
- Multiple accounts in ranked. One person, one ranked account per game. Additional accounts may be used for casual play, but must never appear in the same ranked match or pool.
- Manipulating results or submissions. Altering, replaying, automating or forging run results, rosters or scores, or exploiting a bug to post a result you did not legitimately earn.
We review match records when integrity is questioned. Where we find manipulation, penalties include resetting rank and rating, clearing season points, removing runs from the leaderboards, and — for repeated or severe cases — ejecting the account. Penalties apply to every account involved, including the account that benefited. If you believe a penalty was applied in error, contact us and we will review the underlying match records with you.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, including for any violation of these Terms, our zero-tolerance policy above, or the competitive-integrity rules in section 4. Ejected (banned) accounts are removed from public leaderboards and may no longer post content.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Player names and statistics are factual sports data used for an editorial/entertainment purpose.
7. Privacy & changes
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
